Terms for the cove

1. Who keeps the cove

These terms govern your use of swelltidecove.com ("Swelltide Cove", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of swelltidecove.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may use the cove

Only users aged 18 or over are meant to use Swelltide Cove. Using it means you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. About the play coins

• The games run on virtual coins, which cost nothing.
• Play coins have no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, whether for money, goods, services or prizes, and in-app purchases do not exist here.
• The cove offers no prize that has real-world value.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features in the cove at any time.

4. No real-money gambling in the cove, ever

Swelltide Cove does not offer or promote real-money gambling, nor does it link to any gambling operator.

5. Your account at the cove

• Past Curlback Breaker, the other two worlds need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is for you alone. Let us know immediately if anyone else has got into your account.
• Your account page lets you delete the account at any time. Deletion happens immediately and is permanent.
• An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the site or if we believe the person holding it is under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions are attached to your account rather than owned by you as property, and they may be reset at the cove.

6. Using the cove fairly

Never try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. When the site is available, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they leave your statutory rights intact.

English and Welsh law governs these terms for the cove.
